Kate Miller
Kate is a consultant in the firm and specialises in both Family and Mental Health Law.
She is a member of the Law Society's Children and Mental Health Panels.
Kate heads up the Family department. Her case load includes all areas of Family Law, especially those involving children. She has a particular interest in Child Care, representing children and parents in care proceedings and also regularly represents parties in adoption proceedings.
She recently acted for the mother in a high profile case involving the contentious issue of Munchausen-by-proxy.
She has more than 15 years experience of representing clients at Mental Health Review Tribunals.
