Sarah Harman

Sarah is the firm's Senior Partner, having founded the Practice back in 1982.

She is a well known campaigning lawyer who worked for many years in Child Care cases but over recent years has specialised in Medical Negligence claims.

She has a national profile, her clients including Josie Russell, the victims of the Kent & Canterbury smear test blunder and the women sexually abused by Folkestone GP Dr Ayling.

Kate Miller

Kate is a consultant in the firm and specialises in both Family and Mental Health Law.

She is a member of the Law Society’s Children and Mental Health Panels.

Lesley Payne

Lesley specialises in a full range of Clinical Negligence work with some Personal Injury cases, including group actions.

She is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and has a particular interest in women’s health issues.
