SARAH HARMAN, the solicitor suspended after disclosing court documents to her MP sister, Harriet, is not being idle while barred from practice for three months. She is building a website publicising Families’ Action for Court Transparency and Openness, www.facto.org.uk, which she says will be ready for the government paper on opening the family courts. “We are determined not to settle just for having final family court judgements made public; it’s as important, if not more so, for the public to be aware of the quality of the expert evidence on which judgement is based.”
