About Us

Harman & Harman are based in Canterbury in Kent.

The firm was founded by Sarah Harman in 1982. From the outset the firm's mission has been to deliver quality legal services, especially to the more vulnerable sections of the community who often have difficulty in finding effective representation.

Our policy is to act for individual members of the public, in protecting and advancing their rights. We will not act for defence organisations, social services or employers.

Through a lot of hard work, and dedication to our clients over the years, we have grown into a firm with an excellent reputation, not just locally, but nationally as well.

Our cases often feature in the local and national press.

The firm now has two partners and one consultant at our office in Station Road West, Canterbury.

Our specialist areas are Medical Negligence and Personal Injury (particularly where patients have been sexually abused by health care professionals).
